So I finally got to start working on my car officially, now that I have a warm garage and space to work with. The upgrades will go in two phases basically. Phase 1 (which I am currently working on) will consist of: Installing the Paramount stage 3 with transbrake, upgraded flexplate, 3400 stall TC, wiring in the transbrake, and a stage6 motorsports 2step launch control, a B&M auxiliary trans cooler with fan, and a transmission dipstick.. I might get that all done and test drive it, but to save time and energy of cleaning up and starting work I may just leave it on the stands until I can start phase 2. Phase 2 will consist of a Paramount 8.8 differential swap with chromoly driveshaft, 1400 hp axles, 09+ hubs, and a wavetrac carrier with 3.08 gearing. Some other upgrades that I'm considering during all this is the have my turbos upgraded with billet compressor wheels and ceramic ball bearings for a faster spool, and possibly porting the housing.. and then a water/meth kit so I can up the boost to 15psi and get a new tune to hopefully nick around 800hp/750tq Here are a few fun pics of the progress, I'll add more pics and info as it comes up! The jackstands and service jack that make this all possible. My series of wobble extensions to get to the bolts on the bellhousing.. It smelled like burned bodies...

That's a big project for using jackstands. Those are great mods. I'm looking forward to seeing it in action.

Transbrake and launch control will be all wired up by Wednesday. Not sure I'll try the trans brake until I get the rest of the drivetrain sorted.. since it doesnt load any of the joints and will hit a lot harder than just releasing the foot brake.
