I know I have posted about doing a bunch of things but the list never stops.. and I know I have a V6 but I love the car. Not too worried about a v8 right now since I still have a few years left of school.
With that...
I am planning to get the Tidalwave supercharger sometime over the next year..
It is pretty much a bolt on kit but would love if as a group or something we could install it.. it will take about 10 hours or so
Supposed to add 80-100 HP and with exhaust upgrades even more. Now I know I will need it tuned.

I actually was going to put it on my 300 after looking at reviews I decided not to. Based on what I read there are a lot of unhappy customers

Yeah IMO and from a boost experienced perspective that is not worth it for the money, to run it safely and efficiently you might be lucky to see <300 at our altitude, definitely not worth the money.
On top of that they only offer a rebuilt Powerdyne supercharger? That's some old technology in this day and age.

Hard decision on where to go.. I've researched a few super chargers.. The Tidalwave being the one I posted about but also the whiplash tkt top mount one...
But for the money of the whiplash one I could do an engine swap to either a 4.7L stroker or even a 6.4L..
At this point it's even questionable if I should just hold out for an SRT8

There's just never going to be the support needed to make the V6 powerful and reliable in these cars. Save the money and get a Hemi when you can, then your possibilities are endless.

Revisiting this topic... Tidalwave has re engineered their supercharger for the 3.5..
Now called the 3.5X Kit which runs about 4200 plus shipping and tuning.. This new kit from what I saw on their Facebook made close to 380 HP at the wheels..
Now if this is true it may be a possible option
If this is a true HP# I might really consider this along with a cam and some other little things over an SRT...
Edit: if I go SRT it'll be a year or so before it's possible not sure which is better long term especially with my Charger at around 111k miles

But 380 at the wheels would be very impressive and run identical numbers as stock/lightly mod SRT8.
